Trump says a deal with Iran "could happen" over the weekend if negotiations keep going well.

The U.S. House has passed a resolution limiting President Trump's war powers in Iran. The resolution "directs the president to remove U.S. armed forces from hostilities against Iran unless explicitly authorized by Congress, other than to defend America, an ally or partner from 'imminent attack,'" according to the Wall Street Journal.

Trump says Hezbollah agreed to stop firing into Israel and the U.S. will "destroy" Iran's highly enriched uranium inside Iran, appearing to concede to Tehran's demand that the HEU stay on Iranian soil.

Trump says:

"Trying to separate the issue of opening the Strait of Hormuz and hostilities in Lebanon."

President Trump says if negotiations continue to go well a deal with Iran "could happen" over the weekend.

"The negotiation itself is going very well."
