The U.S. House has passed a resolution limiting President Trump's war powers in Iran. The resolution "directs the president to remove U.S. armed forces from hostilities against Iran unless explicitly authorized by Congress, other than to defend America, an ally or partner from 'imminent attack,'" according to the Wall Street Journal.
