Kevin Reddington confirms the judge did allow the jury to see the pills and the knife they requested.

Judge Sullivan has excused the jury for the day. Jurors will return Monday at 9 a.m. to resume deliberations.

The media is now lined up to go back inside the courtroom after 10 hours of deliberation.

Officers outside the courthouse told members of the media they cannot film in the employee parking lot behind the building, where jurors also park.

The court officers have confirmed that the court is in recess until 2:00 p.m.

The jury deciding Lindsay Clancy's fate has now been deliberating for over six hours.

Since beginning yesterday afternoon, the jury has only sent out a single question, requesting to see the knife Clancy used to harm herself and the pill bottles she was prescribed.

During closing arguments on Thursday, Reddington held up a bag of empty pill bottles that he said he found in Clancy’s nightstand.

He argued it shows the police did not thoroughly investigate and questioned why police did not seize it for evidence.

“I was able to grab this,” he told the jury. “Why wouldn’t the police have grabbed this? You can see they’re all empty. You can see when they were prescribed. You can see what they are. You can see what she took.”

Kevin Reddington walked out of the courtroom and told a few journalists that the jury had asked to see: two bags of pill bottles and the knife. These were the pills found in the kitchen and also found in the bedroom drawer.

A female juror was seen repeatedly wiping her eyes during the closing argument of prosecutor Jennifer Sprague.

The woman who sat in the first jury seat and wore glasses wiped her nose and her eyes several times during the somber remarks by Sprague, who accused Clancy of coldly and cruelly strangling her children.
